Terms & Conditions

Purchase Contract:
This web site is operated by Iconic Engineering Solutions ("we", "us" or "our"). All purchases made are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the email. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Promotions and Special Offers:
Any promotion or special offer only applies to parts listed on our website. The sale or offer is only valid on parts in stock at the time of order and any item out of stock will be sold at full retail price, unless otherwise stated. Iconic Engineering Solutions reserve the right to cancel any promotion offer at any time without prior notice. Iconic Engineering Solutions reserves the right to conduct promotions and special offers at any time and without notice and any orders placed before the commencement of said promotion or special offer will not be subject to any discounts of the promotion or special offer.
Iconic Engineering Solutions reserve the right to cancel any order placed and any promotion at any time. Any order placed before or after the sale will be sold at full retail price, unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. Offer is open to all global customers excluding countries with exclusive dealers. Offer is only valid on items in stock at time of the offer, unless otherwise stated. Iconic Engineering Solutions reserve the right to cancel such offer on any item out of stock.

Prices:
All prices are in UK Pounds and are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is applicable (UK purchases only), VAT is applied at the point of “checkout” and are conducted at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the "checkout" button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery.
For customers outside of the EU, UK VAT will not be charged. Your purchase may be subject to your local import duty and taxes. It is your responsibility to check what these rates will be prior to your purchase. Iconic Engineering Solutions will not be liable for any import charges or fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. All estimates/quotes are exactly that and any work which incurs additional parts or labour will be charged accordingly.

Availability:
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order, we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted. We will, to the best of our ability endeavour to maintain accurate stock quantities on our website, but as we sell items through various methods and platforms this can affect accuracy.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order, and we will await your subsequent instructions.

Delivery:
Currently Iconic Engineering Solutions endeavours to make bulk shipments twice per week (in the current climate). Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. In some rare circumstances, some countries customs departments can hold goods for several weeks. We hold no liability for this. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. If there are any errors or damage with your order you must advise us within 24hrs of receiving the order. Any shipping errors on our part will remain the property of Iconic Engineering Solutions and are your responsibility until we are able to arrange collection of any parts shipped in error. You must allow us to collect the goods in a reasonable timescale, however you will not be charged for any collection of such goods. Delivery of items will be made and meet the chosen delivery service providers terms and conditions. Where a delivery attempt has been made and the goods have not been received for any reason it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider to arrange a return delivery or if no re-delivery service is available then once goods have been returned to Iconic Engineering Solutions the goods may be reshipped with an additional shipping cost. If the customer does not want a redelivery the goods can be returned to Iconic Engineering Solutions where a refund may be issued minus any re-shipping and re-stocking fees.

Returns and exchanges:
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract of the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. This applies to all our products except bespoke items made to your specification. As these are made to order and cannot be resold, they will fall outside of our returns policy and cannot be cancelled. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. Any items that have been fitted to a vehicle and show any signs of use, for example; including damage to the powder coat, where screws have been seated, scratches to finish, general wear and tear, will not be excepted as a return, but may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion. We advise the customer that if returning an item to photograph the item before shipping the item back to us, so if any damage is received by the goods in can be directed to the shipping advisor. It is the responsibility of the customer, when returning items to assure that an appropriate shipping service is used, that covers the value of said returns as we will not be liable for any loss or damages during returns.

Reviews and feedback: 

We reserve the right to moderate  reviews left for our products, if, no attempt was made to discuss any reason the customer was unhappy. This includes shipping, availability, quality issues. Sometimes these issues are not in our control so we would expect a certian level of flexibilty and a chance to address the issue. Although it is not our aim, mistake will and do happen and we like to be judged on how we are seen to deal withthese issues, not always the issue its selves.

Warranty and Liability:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.
In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war.
Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
Iconic Engineering Solutions do not warrant any parts fitted to vehicles which were not specified by the OEM of the vehicle in question. Any parts which modify or enhance a customer’s vehicle away from the OEM specification are intended for off road use only and no liability will be accepted by Iconic Engineering Solutions for any failure of such parts nor is any warranty implied for such parts. Iconic Engineering Solutions will not accept liability for any subsequent failures to OEM parts as a result of fitting modified or enhanced performance parts to a customer’s vehicle.

Exemptions
Except as expressly provided for in this contract and subject to the requirements of the Unfair Contract Term Acts 1977, Iconic Engineering Solutions makes no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied, oral or written to the buyer for:
Consequential or indirect loss or damage (including loss of profit), however arising;
Sums in excess of the price of the goods to which the claim relates,
Any labour charges incurred by the buyer relating to the removal and refitting of the original goods or replacement goods, or...
Any parts once they have been fitted.
Any parts are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship at the point of sale and should therefore be carefully inspected prior to fitting. After items have been fitted it can become difficult to apportion defects in manufacturing or in workmanship.
Any parts being defined as those parts which change the performance of the standard production part.

Fitting of Products:
Fitting of any product sold by Iconic Engineering Solutions must be carried out by fully qualified automotive technicians. Iconic take no responsibility for parts incorrectly fitted and the responsibility is on the installer of the product. In some circumstances documentation for fitting may still be in development, and if you are unsure of the appropriate way of how to install a product correctly it is your responsibility to contact Iconic Engineering Solutions for any guidance.

Use of Products:
Many of the products sold on our site are not legal for road use. If in any doubt, please ask however we will not be held responsible for the use of such products on public highways. As Iconic Engineering Solutions sells its products internationally, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the purchased products are suitable and meet the local highways legislation requirements. It is also the customers responsibility to check if by fitting any of our products that any vehicle warranty will not be affected. Any implications to customers insurance cover are the responsibility of the customer. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to check the legality of the products you have purchased and only use on the road if legal.
By placing an order with Iconic Engineering Solutions, you hereby agree to the above terms and conditions.
