It’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is sent at the time of order either through PayPal or the website ordering system. Due to the high volume of messages, notes send through social media any conflicting info may be lost or misunderstood. No refunds will be issued through issues caused by this.
If items need reshipping due to incorrect details being supplied, this will be at the customer's expense.
We reserve the right to where multiple items are purchased on separate orders which are destined for the same delivery address to combine the shipping into one larger shipment to save on packaging and transportation costs, therefore, reducing our carbon footprint.
