We genuinely try to ship your items as fast as possible. We are a very small team at Iconic (only 5 of us) and some, if not all items, require some assembling and packing.
We do not always have someone spare to do this on the day of your order. On check-out the shipping may say 3-5 days, for example, but this is the time that's quoted to us from the courier we use. This does not include the handling time we require before shipping it.
If you require any other info then please refer to our T&C s at the bottom of every page on our site or please get in touch.
If the fasteners are going into a metal thread with out any plastic between the part and thread then you will be able to do your screws up much tighter.
If in doubt I find it better to leave them on the soft side and use a good quality thread locker.
Metal to Metal Joints Rule of Thumb
M4 - 1Nm
M5 - 3Nm
M6 - 4Nm
M8 - 10Nm
The same is to be said for screws that sandwich any plastic parts. I would just snug them up and use a decent thread lock to secure the fastener.
Of course! We know that sometimes what we buy isn't always quite what we expect.
As long as the item hasn't been used and we can restock it, we will happily accept a return.
If the item is not faulty in anyway and you just don't want it we will ask that you pay for the return and insist it is a tracked service.
Any items that are lost on the return will be the buyers responsibility.

We do find the cost of employing a skilled engineer to make something bespoke may put people off once they understand the prices involved.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you are based outside of the UK you will be responsible for your own customs charges and taxes that apply to you.
Please ensure you have read our various policies that cover our Delivery and Shipping practices. We normally use Royal Mail delivery services worldwide. Shipping times stated in listings are only the estimated transit time and order preparation and dispatch may take longer for certain items.

To clarify at check out, when a delivery time is stated it refers to the time the service takes once the order has been shipped. There will be additional handling time on top of this while we prepare your order. For items that are on backorder please be aware that depending on the type of product, the manufacture time could be up to 8 weeks. This is not the case for most items but if you are in any doubt please drop us an email and we can advise you when we think the product will be back in stock.
With every aftermarket part, all care is taken to make sure parts are fit for the purpose they are intended but the buyer fits these parts at their own risk. No liability will be accepted for any damage to any vehicle with our parts fitted. You use it at your own risk. If you are unsure or not experienced with working on vehicles, seek advice or have a professional fit them.
