Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either email us Sales@IconicParts.uk or call us on +44 7719 890053 with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred. Made to order, bespoke and specially sourced products are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations and may not be returned unless Faulty.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Care on +44 7719 890053 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Overseas orders must be returned with the parcel clearly marked as a returned item. We will not be liable for any customs fees due to parcels not being returned correctly.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you are based outside of the UK you will be responsible for your own customs charges and taxes that apply to you.
Please ensure you have read our various policies that cover our Delivery and Shipping practices. We normally use Royal Mail delivery services worldwide. The Shipping times stated in listings are only the estimated transit time and order preparation and dispatch may take longer for certain items.
Before completing your purchase, please read our policies which cover our standard terms as well as delivery, returns, and shipping. The links to these can be found at the bottom of our web pages. To clarify at check out, when a delivery time is stated it refers to the time the service takes once the order has been shipped. There will be additional handling time on top of this while we prepare your order. For items that are on backorder please be aware that depending on the type of product, the manufacture time could be up to 8 weeks. This is not the case for most items but if you are in any doubt please drop us an email and we can advise you when we think the product will be back in stock.
With every aftermarket part, all care is taken to make sure parts are fit for the purpose they are intended but the buyer fits these parts at their own risk. No liability will be accepted for any damage to any vehicle with our parts fitted. You use it at your own risk. If you are unsure or not experienced with working on vehicles, seek advice or have a professional fit them.
