Currently, Iconic Engineering Solutions endeavours to make bulk shipments twice per week (in the current climate). Normal postal lead times are, UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. In some rare circumstances, some countries customs departments can hold goods for several weeks. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days. you must allow up to 21 days for delivery during the current climate as logistics globally are affected and no stated delivery times are garenteed. Some of the products on our site are manufactured to order and can take up to 20 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund, once goods have been returned to us. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less the delivery costs to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.
Right of Cancellation
United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either email us Sales@IconicParts.uk or call us on +44 7719 890053 with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products, you must carefully repackage and return them to us. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a “re-saleable” condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Care on +44 7719 890053 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
